SAFE Act Registry Open
The Federal Banking Agencies and the Farm Credit Administration issued a Joint Press Release today (Monday) 1/31/2011 to announce that the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (“Registry”) began accepting federal registrations today. According to agency press releases, the window for initial registration will end on July 29, 2011, which is the 180th calendar day, counting the day of the announcement.
