Event Details

This two-day school, which will be held live at our headquarters in Firestone, Colorado, allows students to examine the processes and guidelines surrounding various commercial loans, including application, underwriting, processing, compliance, and closing.

Our headquarters is located at 11281 Business Park Cir. Firestone, CO. 80504. We are a 30-45 minute drive from Denver International Airport. We recommend taking the toll road as it is the easiest to navigate and is generally a more pleasant drive.

Business Lending School begins at 9:00 AM each morning and runs until 4:30-5:00 PM. Breakfast is provided each morning beginning at 8:30. Please CLICK HERE to view the full agenda.

If you are flying in, we recommend arriving Tuesday, April 21nd, and flying out no earlier than 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 23rd.

There are a number hotels across the street from our headquarters. We recommend the Holiday Inn if you choose to stay close by. Alternatively, you can stay in Longmont, CO which is roughly 20 minutes West of our headquarters. While a little further away, Longmont offers a wider selection of hotels, restaurants, and activities.
