It is important to note your mortgage is NOT being sold. Rather, Meridian Trust has chosen to service your mortgage closer to home. The terms of your loan will remain unchanged, and you can rest assured that the live and local Centennial Lending servicing team will be available to address your questions and concerns.

Approximately 500 Meridian Trust members will have their mortgages transferred from Midwest to Centennial Lending. These mortgages are not being sold.

Centennial Lending will process payments, track balances, and manage escrow (property taxes, and home owners insurance)— effective on June 1, 2026.

This transition applies exclusively to members whose mortgages are currently serviced by Midwest Loan Services. If you are unsure whether your mortgage is affected, please click here to contact Meridian Trust.

Centennial will begin servicing your loan and accepting payments on June 1, 2026.

No. Your interest rate, monthly payment amount, and all other contractual terms will remain unchanged.

Yes, members will receive their first communication from Centennial Lending on May 19, 2026. This initial correspondence will include the new loan number. Centennial Lending will send a full welcome pack on May 25, 2026.

Please continue submitting all payments to Midwest Loan Services through May 31, 2026. Beginning June 1, 2026, all payments should be directed to Centennial Lending.

Beginning June 10, 2026, you can create an online account to make payments, you can also mail your payment, set up ACH (automatic) payments using the provided form or logging into your online account, or you can use online bill pay through Meridian Trust or another financial institution.

You will NOT be able to register online until Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

Follow these simple steps to make payments, access statements, and review loan information and history online.

  • Step One: Visit centennial-lending.estatusconnect.com/User/Login. You can also access the Login page by navigating to the “My Account” menu found in the upper right hand corner of this page and selecting “Residential” from the drop down menu.
  • Step Two: Click on the blue “Register” link found just below the yellow login button.
  • Step Three: Enter your Centennial Lending loan number and Social Security Number / TIN and click “Register.” All borrowers listed on a loan may log in to the system by entering their SSN / TIN and registering. You should have received a Welcome Pack containing your new Centennial Lending loan number.
  • Step Four: Create a new username and password.
  • Step Five: Enter your preferred email address.
  • Step Six: You will then receive an activation email at the email address you provided. You will need to access this email to complete your registration. Select the link in your email to activate your account. You will then be redirected to the login page.
  • Step Seven: You can now login at which time you will be asked to create three security questions.
