The servicing transfer to Centennial Lending is complete – effective September 3, 2025, and online access to your account is now available. 

Centennial Lending is a wholly credit union owned service organization. We have been partnering with Blue, one of our founding owners, for over 20 years. We deliver superior value through innovative lending solutions, expertise, and positive experiences and look forward to being a part of your home ownership journey.

We understand change can be difficult and will do everything we can to minimize the temporary inconvenience and ensure a smooth transition.

Please keep in mind that your mortgage is NOT being sold. Rather, Blue has chosen to service your mortgage a bit closer to home. The terms of your loan will remain unchanged, and you can rest assured that the live and local Centennial Lending servicing team will be available to address your questions and concerns.

Follow these simple steps to make payments, access statements, and review loan information and history online.

  • Step One: Visit centennial-lending.estatusconnect.com/User/Login. You can also access the Login page by navigating to the “My Account” menu found in the upper right hand corner of this page and selecting “Residential” from the drop down menu.
  • Step Two: Click on the blue “Register” link found just below the yellow login button.
  • Step Three: Enter your Centennial Lending loan number and Social Security Number / TIN and click “Register.” All borrowers listed on a loan may log in to the system by entering their SSN / TIN and registering. You should have received a Welcome Pack containing your new Centennial Lending loan number.
  • Step Four: Create a new username and password.
  • Step Five: Enter your preferred email address.
  • Step Six: You will then receive an activation email at the email address you provided. You will need to access this email to complete your registration. Select the link in your email to activate your account. You will then be redirected to the login page.
  • Step Seven: You can now login at which time you will be asked to create three security questions.

Your mortgage servicer—the company that processes payments, tracks your balance, and manages your escrow (property taxes, and home owners insurance)—is now Centennial Lending. This change became effective on September 3, 2025.

Don’t worry—your mortgage is staying in the Blue family. Centennial Lending is a credit union-owned partner, proudly co-owned by Blue. That means your support is moving even closer to home.

Your loan is not being sold. Your rate, terms, and balance are staying exactly the same. The only difference? More personalized support from a team that shares our member-first mindset.

You’re not just a number—you’re part of the Blue community. As Blue continues to grow, especially across Southern Colorado, they are aligning their mortgage servicing with a partner who truly understands what it means to serve credit union members.

Your mortgage stays right where it is. The servicing transfer simply means a new team—Centennial Lending—will take over the day-to-day functions like:

  • Collecting and applying your payments
  • Managing your loan balance and escrow
  • Answering your questions and providing support

You have been assigned a new loan number but everything else will stay same!

You’ll still have:

  • The same loan terms
  • The same payment amount
  • The same interest rate
  • The same due dates

It’s the same mortgage—just with a servicing partner who brings it all a little closer to home.

Now that the transfer is complete, you can establish automated payments with Centennial Lending and register for online account access.

Absolutely. Blue and Centennial Lending both follow industry-leading data security standards. Your personal and financial information remained safe, encrypted, and protected—every step of the way.

This change applied only to members whose mortgages were currently serviced by Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (DMI).

You will have received communication from both DMI and Centennial Lending to keep you informed and on track.
