Residential Lending School is presented at our Firestone, Colorado headquarters. This two-day school allows students to examine the processes and guidelines surrounding residential lending, from loan request, through application, underwriting, processing, customer development, closing, and servicing.

Sessions are led by residential lending experts, some of whom are also Centennial Lending team members. Interactive sessions allow attendees to learn and enhance practicable residential lending skills and ideas. Additionally, attending residential lending school is a great way to network and share ideas with industry leading peers.

Our headquarters is located at 11281 Business Park Cir. Firestone, CO. 80504. We are a 30-45 minute drive from Denver International Airport. We recommend taking the toll road as it is the easiest to navigate and is generally a more pleasant drive.

Residential Lending School begins at 9:00 AM each morning and runs until 4:00 PM. Breakfast is provided beginning at 8:30 AM and lunch is generally served at 12:00 PM. Please CLICK HERE to view the full agenda.

If you are flying in, we recommend arriving Monday, May 4th, and flying out no earlier than 6:30 PM on Wednesday May 6th.

There are a number hotels across the street from our headquarters. We recommend the Holiday Inn if you choose to stay close by. Alternatively, you can stay in Longmont, CO which is roughly 20 minutes West of our headquarters. While a little further away, Longmont offers a wider selection of hotels, restaurants, and activities.
